IGA BAKAR – AYAM BAKAR GANTHARI

At last it ‘s my 1st time to review meals as a main course on this blog yaaaaaaaaayyyy..!!!

On last sunday me and several friends tried out a nice little place called “Ayam Bakar Gantari”

I think some of you common with this place or this place is someone favorite spot

Thinking of this place brought us back to our 1st met on 2006 ( i’m not sure :p)

So we go around SARINAH and choose “AYAM BAKAR GANTHARI” for lunch

I’ve been to GANTHARI on Jl. Barito but this is my 1st time here..

On the menu i saw “Iga Bakar” & “Sup Iga” it’s kinda interesting, a place spesialized with it’s famous “Ayam Bakar”

offers a different things besides chicken on the menu, so i give it a try on “Iga Bakar” and also “Jeruk Es” for the beverage.

After a while waiting so here it comes our delicious lunch

Yumm… Just can’t wait to taste it..

another Yumm.. can’t find another words to descibe the deliciousness of this meal.. ^^

the meat is tender, so you don’t need your full strength or even a superhuman power when you’re tryin’ to cut and rip it (^^,)

about the taste, if only the sweet soy sauce is not too much.. the tenderness of it’s meat lost in it’s very very sweetness taste..

but I think it’s better than tasteless and my “Jeruk Es” is just as i expected refreshing \(^o^)/

So if you’re curious with it  just come and try it yourself  d(^_~)b

PS: My friend ordered “Sup Iga” I haven’t try it yet.. but surely one day i’ll try it
